Hello and Welcome to the Family! The Run Your Life Family, that is! Here we share our philosophy of being in charge of our fitness, health, and over-all well-being. We also inspire and celebrate you on your journey. Wherever you are right now is perfect. We believe in you and we also believe no one is limited by their circumstances. All you need is a willingness to change, and in turn, you become the change. Run Your Life is not a doctor, dietician, physical therapist, psychologist, and for most of you, we are not your Mother. We are motivators encouraging you to educate yourself on what works best for YOU and what you choose to be, have, and how you choose to live. Nobody knows you better than YOU. We share new opportunities, experiences, and people with you via our social media and newsletters. We have a galeria in which we celebrate our members around the world who share their new experiences wherever they take place on the planet (5Ks, Marathons, Hiking, Swimming, Trail Relays, Singing, Knitting, etc. while wearing your Run Your Life shirt!). All-in-all, this is your life and we encourage you to run it. There is no blaming. We each have a response-ability (notice the spelling?) for how we respond to situations, and if we are feeling something, it’s ours. You are amazing, and to celebrate this, Run Your Life will share with you our favorite tools to care for ourselves. Our differences are celebrated as we work together and grow as a world community, each of us accepting the other and using our strengths to be the change. We welcome you with open arms!
